3D Video game - Unreal Engine 5

"Congruence," a 3D puzzle-based escape game developed using Unreal Engine 5, designed to challenge your wit and observational prowess. This project embraces a minimalist aesthetic, juxtaposing static grey concrete-like structures with vibrant neon lights for a visually compelling gaming experience.

The game unfolds within a large cube, symmetrically structured with four doors at the center of each wall. Each door leads to a unique puzzle room. The puzzles, ranging from spatial reasoning tasks like rearranging 1m cubes to decoding button sequences or constructing pipe pathways, demand diverse cognitive abilities from the player.

Upon successful puzzle completion, neon lights spring to life, not just elevating the ambience but also marking the player's progression and guiding them towards their next challenge.

The gameplay is linear, where each completed puzzle opens a new door, leading you closer to the ultimate goal – a grand golden trophy. This trophy, an intended playful element, questions the very essence of reward and victory in gaming, offering the player more than just a win-lose scenario.

This project exemplifies my capability to combine game design, mechanics, and aesthetics to create an engaging, visually distinctive, and thought-provoking gaming experience.
